In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain a valid mdg168 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously been excluded from mdg168 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of the Company or any of its affiliated gaming studios or payment providers.
• You must access the platform using your own identity and for personal entertainment purposes only. Registering on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a resident or citizen of a Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined in Clause 1 above and as updated on the platform from time to time.

The Company reserves the right to decline any registration application or suspend any account at its sole discretion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the eligibility criteria have not been met or have ceased to be met after registration.

Registration on mdg168 is free of charge. By completing the registration process, you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements in Clause 2 and that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. You further agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active mdg168 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice and all associated funds forfeited.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted under your account credentials will be your sole responsibility.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your real full name, date of birth, valid Indonesian identification number (NIK), a functioning email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile telephone number. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
• KYC Verification: mdg168 may require you to submit identity documents (e.g., KTP, SIM, or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal or if required under our anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension.
• Account Closure by Member: You may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining will be returned to your registered payment method following KYC verification. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

mdg168 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following approved payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposits and withdrawals made via methods not listed above will not be processed and may be returned after deducting applicable fees.

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 10.000 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account balance.
• Maximum Deposit: Single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method. Please refer to the Cashier section of your account dashboard for current limits applicable to your chosen payment provider.
• Deposit Processing Time: Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 1–5 minutes of confirmed receipt. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited instantly.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Approved withdrawals are processed within an average of 5 minutes. Processing may take up to 1 business day during periods of high volume or where additional KYC verification is required.
• Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals must be returned to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless an exception has been granted in writing by the mdg168 compliance team.
• No Third-Party Transactions: Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be returned after a mandatory security review.
• Withdrawal Holds: mdg168 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on any withdrawal pending identity verification, bonus wagering completion, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. The Company will notify the Member promptly of any such hold.

mdg168 offers a range of promotional incentives to its members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and seasonal campaigns aligned with Indonesian cultural events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "turnover" requirement) before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports bets, and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are listed in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity window stated in the promotion. Uncompleted bonuses will expire and be removed from your balance without compensation.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: Members may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms. Opting into a second bonus while the first remains active may result in forfeiture of the first bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: mdg168 monitors bonus usage patterns. Strategies designed to exploit promotions — including but not limited to low-risk game strategies, matched betting across accounts, and systematic withdrawal of bonus funds — constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings.
• Right to Modify or Withdraw: mdg168 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, affected members will receive reasonable notice and any outstanding eligible bonus balances will be honoured for a reasonable transition period.

All games and betting markets on the mdg168 platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game or market interface. In the event of any conflict between a specific game rule and these Terms & Conditions, the specific game rule shall prevail for that game or market only. The following general gameplay rules apply platform-wide:

• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and betting market carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed within the game or market interface before any wager is confirmed.
• Confirmed Bets Are Final: Once a bet or wager is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed except in circumstances where mdg168 determines a manifest error has occurred (see below).
• Manifest Errors: mdg168 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, data feed error, or pricing error has resulted in incorrect odds, stake limits, or game outcomes. In such cases, all stakes will be returned to the Member's account balance.
• Sportsbook Settlement: Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI for BRI Liga 1, BWF for badminton). In-play bets are settled on the result at the moment the event is suspended or concluded, as determined by the official result provider.
• RNG Games: All slot, instant-win, and RNG-based table games use certified random number generators. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are the long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in individual sessions.
• Live Casino: Live dealer game outcomes are final once the dealer has announced the result and the system has confirmed it. Disputes regarding live game outcomes must be raised within 24 hours of the game round in question.
• Disconnection Policy: If a player is disconnected during a game round, the round will be completed automatically according to the game's logic. Any winnings from the completed round will be credited to the Member's account balance. mdg168 is not liable for losses attributable to the Member's internet connection quality.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mdg168 platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balance forfeited, and — where applicable — may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or access account features.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting across mdg168 accounts, or any strategy designed to guarantee profit by exploiting promotional terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any support interaction.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Member's account without authorisation.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical vulnerability. Any Member who discovers a bug or error must report it to [email protected] immediately and must not exploit it further.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider in bad faith. Any Member who initiates a fraudulent chargeback will have their account immediately closed and the chargeback amount will be pursued through legal channels.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing mdg168 staff or other members through any communication channel.

mdg168 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all Members. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity, not a financial strategy or a response to personal distress. mdg168 provides the following tools to help Members maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the responsible gaming section of their account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure session duration reminders that will notify them once a chosen time period has elapsed during a single gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request a temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. Contact [email protected] to initiate self-exclusion.

mdg168 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years (21+) and will cooperate fully with any parent or guardian who reports that a minor may have accessed the platform.

All content on the mdg168 platform — including but not limited to the mdg168 brand name and logo, website design, typography, graphics, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or is used under licence from the respective rights holders.

• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any mdg168 content without the prior written consent of the Company.
• Game software provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Microgaming, Spribe, etc.) remains the intellectual property of those studios and is used under commercial licence. You acquire no intellectual property rights by playing these games.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to mdg168 via support channels may be used by the Company without obligation to compensate the contributor.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with the use of mdg168 — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• mdg168 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for purpose of the platform.
• The Company shall not be liable for losses caused by: (a) interruptions or delays in service due to scheduled or emergency maintenance; (b) third-party payment provider failures; (c) the Member's internet connectivity issues; (d) force majeure events including natural disasters, government action, or infrastructure outages beyond the Company's reasonable control.
• The Company shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of mdg168, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit the Company's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The collection, storage, and use of personal data by mdg168 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on mdg168, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• mdg168 collects personal data that is strictly necessary for account management, payment processing, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming monitoring.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
• We may share your data with regulated payment processors, identity verification providers, and relevant authorities where required by law or regulatory obligation.
• All personal data is stored using industry-standard encryption and access controls. Data is retained for the minimum period required by applicable regulatory obligations.

mdg168 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The Company will provide reasonable notice of material changes by posting a notice on the platform homepage and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to the registered email address of active Members.

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised with each amendment.
• Your continued use of mdg168 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and return of your real-money balance in accordance with Clause 3.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Company's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
